A. Add 10 drops extraction buffer to the tube

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

B. Specimen Collection

v      Use swab gently insert against the nostril where show the secretion.

v      Gently rotate swab against the nasal5 ~ 10 times.

v      Samples should be tested immediately after collection. If not, the swab should be store in dry and steriled device at 2-4for up to 8 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

C. Add swab to tube and vigorously mix by rotating at least 10 times

D. Squeeze side of tube to express as much liquid as possible from the swab

 

E. Add 4 drops liquid from the tube to the sample window and readresult at 10 minutes
